Dear Lisa:
First of all, your angels want to reassure you that you are not suffering from any kind of mental or emotional disorder. What you are suffering from, however, is a complete lack of patience! But there is a reason for your confusion and growing dissatisfaction with your life.

In many of your recent past lifetimes, you were already in your life's work by the age of 20, being celebrated with a fantastic income, and acknowledged by one and all as a creative genius. Fast forward into this life: you are already 20 years old...and bored, depressed, feeling ignored, floundering about which direction to take, unaware of any personal gifts or talents, and very concerned about money. I recently attended a lecture in Sedona, Arizona, where I was seated next to a woman who is four months pregnant. As she sat next to me, something extraordinary began to happen. The soul of her unborn baby started to communicate with me. First, I felt waves of unconditional love flooding my body. It was as if the baby suddenly began to share its energy with me. I was filled with an immense sense of love and peace that emanated from the baby's soul.

Next, I felt the joy and playfulness of the soul as he (it felt distinctively masculine) conveyed how much he cherished me, and what a "hoot it was to play with me in this manner on the physical plane." Then the soul began to share his healing energy with me and it felt like sonar or radar waves were coursing through my entire body..and I had the impression that he was trying to diagnose whether I needed any healing! After the waves of energy stopped, I felt work going on in my body that involved removing blockages and clearing my physical, emotional, and spiritual energy. Wow! My question is: Who is this soul? Your angels are telling me, Peter, that you already know the answer to your question. You are bored with your job, stressed about how much responsibility rests upon your dignified shoulders, and you're wondering what you have to look forward to. Nothing is going to improve in your life until you make some major changes. First, your angels suggest that you work on the issue of setting boundaries. People in your life have come to believe that you are Superman; whatever needs doing, "Call Peter! He can do it! He always has!"

Put some finishing touches on your ability to delegate, and set boundaries with others. That alone is going to buy you a lot of time, which you're going to need to begin your life's work. Beg, borrow, or steal the money (and time!) to take a screenwriting course. Screenwriting, you ask? Yes! Writing for the film industry would allow you to work at home, at the hours that suit you, in a creative endeavor, with no commute, with no one looking over your shoulder, eliminating the paperwork you loathe, erasing the tiresome ceiling on your income…plus, you would feel as if you were making more of a difference in other people's lives than by what you are doing now.

You currently still need the income that comes from your day job; so, begin to write at night, and soon, you'll sell your first screenplay. The sale of your screenplay will net you more money than you earn in three full years in your current job. Then, you'd be able to quit...and really enjoy your life. Break a leg!
